Perfect for someone with experience in commercial roofing projects, this role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing specifications, and supporting project bids. Build strong client relationships, provide timely proposals, and help ensure projects run on budget and with full technical clarity.
With UK construction experience, you’ll manage project costs, assess tender documents, and oversee valuations throughout the build. Help maintain accurate financial control and support strong commercial decisions for successful project delivery.
